SKG Model 320 general purpose adapter is designed to allow non-Agilent fixtures to be connected to the Agilent 4339A/B IR meter. A customer supplied Agilent 16117C cable set is used to connect the output of the adapter to the meter. The input to the adapter can be any fixture that is equipped with a wide verity of connectors, including BNC, triax BNC, MHV,SHV or banana connectors. SKG models 361, 362 and 363 IR test tweezers can be easily connected to the input of the M320.
Important Safety Notice
Agilent 4339A/B meters can supply up to 1,000VDC, which can be dangerous to the operator if the test fixture is not correctly equipped with safety interlocks. The Model 320 is an adapter only, there is no interlock or voltage limiting function. The end user is solely responsible for providing the necessary safety interlocks on test fixtures. If a test fixture cannot be equipped with a interlock, operator safety requires that the test voltage be limited to 100V or less and the test current be limited 0.5 milliamp or less.
