Model 5749 is purpose designed for testing insulation resistance on chip capacitors. The fixture is designed to be production worthy, using only robust components. It is the most versatile IR fixture available, qualified for testing chip sizes from 01005 up to 1812 (metric 0201 up to 4832) without changing any tooling. Model 5749 is prewired for use with Agilent 4339A/B IR meters and is capable of testing at 1000VDC. When in use the test fixture is fully enclosed within an aluminum box which is equipped with a safety interlock switch for operator safety.
